very pleased. This is a short read, yet this book contains valuable information about the use of Apple Cider Vinegar. I read it over and over! Can't wait until the next issue comes out!!!. There is a great recipe for SALAD DRESSING, TANGY COLESLAW and APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FRUIT SALAD.
I especially liked Chapter 4 about using Apple Cider Vinegar for skin care. He worked with a great writer and publisher to clean it up so others can learn from his experience.
