Barren "Boan" Jones thought he'd found the woman of his dreams in his wife, Ciara Jones. While Ciara came face-to-face with decisions that changed their relationship drastically, she became his top competitor in the dope game.  Two years later, Ciara is caught up in trying to convince Boan that she has changed and is willing to do any and everything she can to mend their broken marriage, but secrets about her past keep coming out, shocking both Boan and their friends. While trying to put their marriage back together, an old friend of Ciara's does everything he possibly can to break them apart, even targeting their friends. However, Ciara isn't the only one that's been keeping secrets.  Taking place in the streets of Detroit, Boan and Ciara's story is laced with deceit, betrayal, heartbreak, action and love that opens the door for the people around them to reevaluate themselves and their relationships.

Mr. Simone admitted herself that she wasn't 100% truthful/accurate in her autobiographies and memoirs and I believe she had a history of deceiving biographers. Although the illustrations lacked dimension, they added an element of challenging fun to Matty Long’s work. It is a wonderful book to alow oneself to take a step back and really see how their ow
