The fifth and final (?) book doesn't make this farewell easy - it might be the best in the series. Recommend it.. The last change was his diet. Whitney), you should be able to find several hikes among the 31 described here to suit your abilities. All of these foods slowed down his healing process in one way or another. It is also available on audio!. Although the entire book was rich with helpful information, I found the subtle use of very simple questions asking the patient to freely express how they are feeling profound.
